In addition, it offers social/public systems, including aviation-related, water and sewage, monitoring and control, power, and solar power systems, as well as water treatment purification equipment and industrial instruments; and transportation systems consisting of vehicles and vehicle electrical equipment, vehicle modifications, power receiving and transforming systems, signal systems, station equipment, depot equipment, information systems, and maintenance services. The company was formerly known as Yashima Denki Shokai Co., Ltd. and changed its name to Yashima Denki Co., Ltd. in February 1960. Yashima Denki Co., Ltd. was incorporated in 1946 and is headquartered in Tokyo, Japan.
