The company was formerly known as Wasion Group Holdings Limited and changed its name to Wasion Holdings Limited in June 2018. The company was founded in 2000 and is headquartered in Sheung Wan, Hong Kong. Wasion Holdings Limited is a subsidiary of Star Treasure Investments Holdings Limited.
