Its Production & Distribution segment produces and distributes television shows, movies, and television series worldwide. The company was formerly known as Télé-Métropole Inc. and changed its name to TVA Group Inc. in February 1998. TVA Group Inc. was incorporated in 1960 and is headquartered in Montreal, Canada. TVA Group Inc. is a subsidiary of Quebecor Media Inc.
