Further, the company distributes and sells electricity; operates and manages department stores and malls; trades in shares; sells land; and publishes magazine. Additionally, it provides treasury management, fund management, cash management, investment management, financing and debt management, financial risk management, and other related services; engages in the timber logging, food and beverage, and event organization businesses; trades in wood; and manufactures, distributes, wholesales, and trades in gloves and face masks. The company was formerly known as Dijaya Corporation Berhad and changed its name to Tropicana Corporation Berhad in May 2013. Tropicana Corporation Berhad was incorporated in 1979 and is headquartered in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia.
