The company was formerly known as Nihon Acetylene Chemical Engineering Co., Ltd. and changed its name to Toyo Gosei Co.,Ltd. in May 1961. Toyo Gosei Co.,Ltd. was founded in 1954 and is headquartered in Tokyo, Japan.
