The company was formerly known as Tianjin Tianlian Public Utilities Company Limited and changed its name to Tianjin Jinran Public Utilities Company Limited in June 2012. The company is headquartered in Tianjin, the People's Republic of China. Tianjin Jinran Public Utilities Company Limited is a subsidiary of Tianjin Gas Group Company Limited.
