The company was formerly known as Kith Holdings Limited and changed its name to Tesson Holdings Limited in June 2015. Tesson Holdings Limited was founded in 1982 and is headquartered in Tsim Sha Tsui, Hong Kong. Tesson Holdings Limited is a subsidiary of Double Key International Limited.
