In addition, it is involved in the generation of wind power in Tamil Nadu with a capacity of 129.9 MW. Further, the company engages in building transmission linkages. It serves power, steel, fertilizer, metals, petrochemicals, and other sectors. The company was founded in 1963 and is headquartered in Kolkata, India.
