The Business Software Integration Service segment offers software and hardware, cloud-related technologies and applications; and IT integration and ecosystem information services. The China Group segment offers system integration and value-added services, as well as commercial software and cloud platform tools. The Investment Department segment engages in investment activities. It is also involved in the wholesale, retail, and leasing of computer software and related equipment; transmission and security of value-added network; maintenance of database; consultation and repair services; general investment, computer room installation, and communication engineering services; and manufacture and sale of wire communication equipment and apparatus, and electronic parts and components. The company was incorporated in 1997 and is headquartered in Taipei, Taiwan.
