As of March 31, 2022, it operated a network of 1,854 branches. The company also offers its products through 775 rural centers; and partnerships with 500 private financiers. It primarily serves first time buyers, driver-turned-owners, and small road transport operators. The company was formerly known as Shriram Transport Finance Company Limited and changed its name to Shriram Finance Limited in November 2022. Shriram Finance Limited was incorporated in 1979 and is headquartered in Mumbai, India.
