The company also owns, builds, and operates an electricity distribution system and a chilled water plant system; and provides engineering and project management services, as well as offers maintenance, repair, overhaul, and other services to power plants. In addition, it engages in the asset, property, investment, and intellectual property businesses; supplying electricity to Tenaga Nasional Berhad; and developing, financing, constructing, operating, and maintaining photovoltaic solar projects. Further, the company provides integrated solid waste collection, public cleansing, recycling, and integrated facility management services; and repair services for solar photovoltaic energy generating facility, associated transmission line, and facilities for the development and operation of the facility. It owns 8 power plants with a capacity of 6,410 megawatts through oil, coal, and gas resources. The company was incorporated in 1975 and is based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
