In addition, it holds interest in undeveloped residential lands in Mission, British Columbia. The company was formerly known as Princeton Mining Corporation and changed its name to Madison Pacific Properties Inc. in April 1998. Madison Pacific Properties Inc. was incorporated in 1963 and is headquartered in Vancouver, Canada.
