The Retail and Restaurant segment operates a chain of Meihingura specialist souvenir shops and FamilyMart convenience stores; and restaurants, such as fast food stores under the Umaya tavern name, the Train d'Or bakery, and the restaurant Manbou. It also engages in the agriculture business. The company was incorporated in 1987 and is headquartered in Fukuoka, Japan.
