In addition, the company is involved in the furnace construction and maintenance activities. It serves iron and steel, materials, and cement sectors, as well as incinerators and power plants. The company was formerly known as Kurosaki Refractories Co.,Ltd. and changed its name to Krosaki Harima Corporation in April 2000. Krosaki Harima Corporation was founded in 1918 and is headquartered in Kitakyushu, Japan.
