Based on the Act on Investment Trusts and Investment Corporations (Act No. 198 of 1951; including revisions enforced thereafter) (hereinafter, the Investment Trust Act), JLF was founded on February 22, 2005 with Mitsui & Co., Logistics Partners Ltd. as the founding planner, and was listed on the REIT section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange, Inc.
