The company was formerly known as Synergis Holdings Limited and changed its name to ISP Holdings Limited in January 2022. The company was founded in 1978 and is based in Kwun Tong, Hong Kong. ISP Holdings Limited is a subsidiary of Champ Key Holdings Limited.
