The company was formerly known as SPG Land (Holdings) Limited and changed its name to Greenland Hong Kong Holdings Limited in August 2013. The company was founded in 1992 and is based in Shanghai, China. Greenland Hong Kong Holdings Limited is a subsidiary of Gluon Xima International Limited.
