Further, the company owns, manages, and operates forest plantation; trades in fresh and processed fruits, and commercial goods; and manages and operates oil palm plantation, as well as forest logging, saw milling, chipping, other downstream, manufacturing, and related activities. The company was formerly known as Ekovest Bina Sdn. Bhd. and changed its name to Ekovest Berhad in 1992. The company was founded in 1985 and is headquartered in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
