The company also develops shield tunneling and concrete caisson methods; and undertakes urban tunneling projects for subway, cabling, water supply, and sewer systems. In addition, it develops environmentally friendly technologies comprising the recycling of construction waste materials and by-products, soil de-contamination, and project life cycle; and seismic technologies that protect multifamily residential and school buildings during earthquakes. Daiho Corporation was incorporated in 1949 and is headquartered in Tokyo, Japan.
