Further, it provides interest rate caps and swaps; capital market services comprising debt capital raising, secondary market trading, deal structuring and pricing advice, and post-closing administrative agency services; and cash management services, including payables, receivables, information reporting, liquidity, and fraud management, as well as online banking, mobile banking, and commercial credit card solutions. Additionally, the company owns and leases mineral interests located in Arizona, California, Colorado, Kansas, Nevada, New Mexico, Oklahoma, and Utah. It serves agricultural cooperatives; other food and agribusiness companies; rural power, communications, and water cooperatives and companies; rural community facilities; agricultural credit associations; farmer-owned financial institutions; and other businesses that serve agriculture and rural communities. The company was founded in 1916 and is headquartered in Greenwood Village, Colorado.
