It markets and sells its products under the Tonghua, Huajun, SCVC SAILING, CIMC RJST Tank Trailer, Lingyu Vehicles, TB, Pioneer Series, CIMC Light Tower, and Liangshan Dongyue brands in China; and Vanguard, CIE, SDC, and LAG brands internationally. The company was formerly known as Shenzhen Tianda Heavy Industries Ltd. and changed its name to CIMC Vehicles (Group) Co., Ltd. in May 2005. The company was incorporated in 1996 and is headquartered in Shenzhen, the People's Republic of China.
