The company is also involved in the development and sale of properties; investment and leasing of properties; provision of logistics and property investment advisory services; and development of information technology. In addition, it offers property management services, which include security, cleaning, greening, gardening, repair and maintenance, etc.; healthcare consulting services, as well as sells healthcare products and food. Further, the company trades in construction materials. Additionally, it engages in other construction works comprising demolition, site-formation, ground-investigation, minor-job, hoarding, alteration and addition, and fitting-out works; trading of commodities; and provision of agriculture products, and food and beverage materials supply chain business. The company was formerly known as Wang Yang Holdings Limited and changed its name to Central Holding Group Co. Ltd. in October 2019. The company was founded in 1996 and is based in North Point, Hong Kong. Central Holding Group Co. Ltd. is a subsidiary of Central Culture Resource Group Limited.
