In addition, it invests in public and private companies; and various commercial and residential real estate, including hospitality, multifamily, and industrial properties, as well as operates hotels and other commercial real estate, and data centers; and Bitcoin mining activities. It sells its products directly through its sales force, as well as through manufacturer representatives and distributors. It serves crane services, oil exploration, defense/aerospace, industrial, automotive, medical/biopharma, consumer electronics, hotel operations and textiles industries. The company was formerly known as BitNile Holdings, Inc. and changed its name to Ault Alliance, Inc. in January 2023. Ault Alliance, Inc. was incorporated in 1969 and is headquartered in Las Vegas, Nevada.
