In addition, the company offers electronic materials, including rosin-modified phenolic, polyurethane resins, polyurethane, alkyd, polyester, modified epoxy, and hydrogenated hydrocarbon resins; rosin ester products; cleaning systems and peripheral equipment. Further, it provides photo-curing polymers, organic-inorganic hybrid resins, and hybrid polyimide films. The company was formerly known as Arakawa Forest Chemical Industries, Ltd. and changed its name to Arakawa Chemical Industries, Ltd. in April 1977.
