It invests in funds that seek to have a majority stake in its investments or be a lead shareholder. It invests and disinvests with the private equity funds of Apax Partners France and Amboise Investissement under the same conditions and also invests directly in funds managed or advised by Apax Partners France and Apax Partners LLC.
