In addition, it purchases and rental of lands to construct buildings; establishments, management, operation, and maintenance of various industrial projects, recreational, tourism facilities, restaurants, hotels, cafes, buffets, bakeries, sweets, cooked and uncooked subsistence services, and fuel stations; and repair and maintenance workshops. Further, the company engages in the ownership and reclamation of agricultural lands for the establishment of agricultural and livestock production projects; establishment of cold stores; and commercial agency. The company was founded in 1992 and is headquartered in Al Bahah, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
